Team Minnesota Hockey

Team Minnesota Hockey Club is a summer/fall based AAA program designed to introduce Minnesota players to different options across North America. Our goal is to get as many players that are dedicated to playing beyond high school the opportunity to showcase themselves against the best competition.  

HUNTER WARNER TO COACH U18'S FOR UPCOMING 2025 FALL SEASON

Team Minnesota is excited to announce that Hunter Warner has signed on to coach the U18 (2008/2007) team for the upcoming season in 2025. Hunter brings an energy to everything he does and really focuses on player details; every player will benefit from Hunter.

Hunter is a former professional hockey player who had an extensive career across multiple leagues in North America and Europe. He played in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Prince Albert Raiders. He also had stints in the United States Hockey League (USHL). After his junior career, Warner progressed to the American Hockey League (AHL), while being contracted with the Minnesota Wild gaining valuable experience in the minor leagues. He further took his talents overseas, playing professional hockey in Europe, where he continued to build his career.

Post-retirement, Warner transitioned into a career off the ice, working with Sport Prospects, an NHL Players' Association (NHLPA)-certified agency. In his role, he helps athletes with career management, providing guidance, advice, and support for those aspiring to play at the highest levels of hockey.

Team Minnesota in the Upper Midwest Elite League

Team Minnesota players are finding success in the Upper Midwest Elite League. The league is comprised of some of the best players in Minnesota high school hockey to showcase themselves in front of College, NHL, USHL & NAHL scouts and coaches. 

Brent Solomon (Champlin Park), Ryder Siedow (Forest Lake), Peyton Chase (Shakopee), Caden Schlattman (Woodbury) & Matt Hauser (Rogers) all will have great fall seasons and looking to bring that back to their respective high schools.

Past Elite League Players: Kamden Kaizer (Northfield), Gabe Gallivan (Totino-Grace), Brady Knutsen (Hill-Murray) 

Team Minnesota '07s Win World Selects

The Team Minnesota '07s headed to Nashville, TN to compete in the World Select Invitational in April. This tournament features some of the best teams in the United States, Canada, Sweden, Finland & Czech Republic.

The tournament consist of a Pool Play portion then followed by a Bracket Play Elimination format. 

Congrats to the players on a great tournament, going 6-1 and taking home the title of World Champion.

    Former Team Minnesota U16 Keaton Orrey Signs with St. Cloud Norsemen of NAHL

    This Wednesday is the 2023 NAHL Draft, but that doesn't mean the St. Cloud Norsemen coaching staff weren't hard at work last week recruiting and doing everything they could to improve the team before the draft. And improve the team they did as they landed a last-minute tender with Eagan High School defenseman Keaton Orrey.

    Fuss to head up skill development for Team Minnesota

    Team Minnesota is happy to announce that we've brought Bryan Fuss in to head up our player development. Bryan will lead skill development on-ice sessions starting in August. 

    Fuss brings a long history of working with players and developing them while working with Minnesota Machine Orange program for 10+ years.  Fuss boasts a list of countless D1 players as well as Professional players.
